Step 2: Property Proposal

Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements you will receive a selection of properties that match your criteria. We can also keep you constantly up-to-date via email and social media alerts when the latest properties become available.

Step 3: Short or Long-Term Rental

A short-term let is ideal if you are looking for a short term residential solution and offers a good alternative to staying in a hotel.

They are especially popular with people getting to know a new area or those renovating or moving home. A short let can offer you flexibility in rental length and is usually furnished to a high standard with all bills included in the rent.

Step 7: Making an offer

Once you have identified a suitable property you will be required to complete an application for tenancy where you may state any special conditions of the offer and provide details for your references. We will then communicate this offer to the landlord.

Step 8: Offer agreed

If your offer is accepted we will organize the following regardless of whether your property is managed:

  • Advanced Payments
  • Arrange signing of the Tenancy Agreement
  • Collect your moving in payment (rent + deposit)

Step 9: Completion

Upon completion, you will be given a set of keys and if your property is managed we will provide you with your dedicated Property Manager's contact details.
